We are still at our friend's house waiting for notification that we have electricity. Our town is still advising everyone not to return for now as there is no power. We think the house, store, and boat are okay but are not 100% on this yet. So for now, we just wait....thankfully with good company, cool air, food, and water. My parents and lots of family and friends are in and around Houston with no electricity and damage to their homes. Hopefully, the electricity is restored soon, but with over an estimated 4 million people without power it may take a while.

Hope all is ok with your place. Have you heard from your parents and Granny and Poppy??
Hope you are able to make it home soon. I know you want to back home and get things back on track. Our area is running pretty close to normal with schools going back Monday. Let us know if we can help out.
