Shelby went to Cheerleading Camp, hosted by the rec center and led by a local high school cheerleader who had just graduated. She had a lot of fun learning cheers, jumps, and a dance. They had a pep rally on the last day to show parents what they had learned. Autumn didn't want to sign up for it but now says it looked fun and she may want to do it next year. She likes everything about it except for the thought of yelling cheers in front of everyone. Go figure- she's not shy at all to talk to people individually or in small groups, but she doesn't like to talk in front of large groups. Shelby is my shyer child but not as much when it comes to cheerleading! She has a loud mouth so that helps!

| Me taking advantage of Corry telling me to smile for the camera (and a sad Carly that had just cried the entire time that I walked across the gym to take Shelby's picture). |

| The girls also went to SPCA camp where they learned about what the SPCA does, animal care, and had a different animal theme everyday. Some fun stuff they did was walk the dogs, learn pony/horse care & brushed a horse, rode to the Sea Center on the Freeport Trolley and took a tour, and had lots of crafts, too. |

You are doing a MUCH better job of keeping the kids entertained/occupied than I am this summer. I love the idea of the SPCA camp.
Shelby looks so tall in these pictures!!
