Carly at 15 Months

We officially have a toddler on our hands...a very busy, and mischievous toddler.  I know, the writing has been on the walls since this little baby started moving and crawling!  I feel like I have been writing how busy she is forever now, but she really is!  She is very similar to Autumn as a toddler- who was also busy and mischievous.  Shelby was a much tamer toddler and didn't get into stuff too much.  She just sat and played and loved to be held and sit in my lap.  Carly doesn't sit and play per se, at least not for long.  And the only sitting in my lap she does is when she is getting sleepy!

She had her 15-month dr. visit & shots and weighed 18.2 pounds (with a dirty diaper it turned out!) and was in the 10th %ile and she was 29 inches (25th %ile).  She says more words than I count anymore, although, many of them are still one syllable.  She claps, high fives, waves, dances, and loves to tell people "hi" anytime we go somewhere.

This picture sums it up for her...we had just gotten back from our little trip to Sheridan/Flatonia, my purse was sitting on our bedroom floor, and Carly found it and some lipstick.  She had a good time painting her entire body head to toe!  She also apparently sampled it to see how it tastes and decided to try to paint the carpet.
