Both of the girls were selected to represent their school and participate in an academic competition called Private School Interscholastic Competition (PSIA) for creative writing. They stayed after school twice a week for about 6 weeks to get ready for the competition. It was such a great experience for them. I was amazed at the stories that each of them are able to write in such a limited amount of time! We went to the Galloway School in Friendswood for the competition and both girls ended up placing! Autumn came in 4th place for 2nd graders and Shelby came in 5th place for 1st graders. We are so proud of our hardworking girls!
