Valentine Parties 2010

The girls had Valentine's Day parties at school last week and had lots of fun making Valentines and receiving them. I actually think they enjoyed making them more than they cared about what they got this year! We bought their cards about a month ahead of time and they started filling them out right away so we were way ahead of schedule this year! They spent a lot of time writing their names and then sticking stickers on them and attaching suckers. I really didn't have to do much besides supervise and that was kind of nice!

Shelby had fun passing out Valentine's in her class and seeing what each person brought to her bag. In the past, and in Autumn's class, the teachers have always loaded their bags to take home and they didn't actually pass out the Valentine's themselves.

I was taking a picture of Autumn with two other girls in her class when all of the kids that were left in the room decided to pull chairs over and pose for a picture!
