We had a very low key Easter this year. Shelby was sick the Friday and Saturday before so lots of our plans were cancelled. Luckily she was feeling much better by Sunday morning. The Easter Bunny left their baskets and eggs inside the house this year since it was a rainy morning. He put their bonnets on top so each of them would know which basket was theirs. He went the route of many more prizes than candy this year, thankfully, and so we are not quite as bombarded with candy.

Autumn decided not to wear her original Easter dress because it is "itchy." A never-ending battle....
After church my parents came over and gave the girls their Easter baskets which included new swimsuits and dresses. Always a hit with these girly girls.
That evening we went to Corry's parents for Easter dinner and enjoyed the sun that finally came out!

Smart bunny...we'll have to tell ours to do less candy next year!

We also decided less is more this year (candy that is) and definitely no melty chocolate candy. We learned our lesson about that last year.

I'm not sure I've ever seen Corry quite that dressed up (with the exception of the wedding)- looks sharp!
