Swimming

Autumn loves to swim and play in the water! The only bad thing is that she has no fear of the water. Yesterday we took her to our neighborhood pool and she took off running for the kiddie pool and never stopped- she kept on running until she was face down in the pool. Luckily Corry was right behind her and pulled her out. It was only a foot and a half of water, but it wouldn't take much. That scared her a little bit, but I think the tears were mainly from hurting her foot somehow in the process. We had to wrap our pool trip up early and she crawled and limped for the rest of the day. Hopefully, her foot feels better today when she wakes up. Maybe she will have a little more awareness of the water now??

We didn't get any pictures yesterday, but here are some at my parent's neighborhood pool, the beach, and our backyard.

I know it doesn't look like it, but she is having a good time. Just yelling for some reason, maybe she's competing with the sound of the waves!

Hamming it up with her sunglasses on and getting to ride on Granddad's shoulders...

Playing with the water hose in the backyard, which is even funner than playing in her little pool...

She looks adorable in these pics. It's fun to have a water baby, but I know what you mean about wishing she was just a little afraid of it. Alli has started to enjoy it more now too. And yes, she finds the water hose more fun than the pool also! We had a slip-n-slide experience this weekend and we just got back from Sea World today-she loved both!
Hope you're feeling good and your dr appt went well. Keep me updated.
